SUMMARY OF LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The course has been specially designed to provide a high-level perspective on the strategic use and risks of exchange traded funds (ETF's) in asset allocation techniques. There will be a comprehensive overview of the current ETF landscape, the prevalence of ETF trading in today's markets, case studies illustrating how ETF's have behaved during critical market episodes, and a focus on how the mobilization of ETF's can provide an efficient way to implement a variety of alternative investment strategies.

STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE

The course will cover two days and will include the presentation of slides, discussion of case studies, explanations of modelling tools within Excel workbooks, and interactive Q&A.
